Experience a Rick Steves’ Christmas with Radius

Christkindlmarkt-auf-dem-Muenchner-Marienplatz

Here’s a great short film of Rick Steves introducing the “glittering trees, old time carols and colourful Christmas markets” of southern Germany. Germany is the home of Christmas. Many of the world’s most cherished Christmas traditions – the tree, the Advent wreath, and many of the greatest carols – come from here.

And, of course, our beautiful and atmospheric Christmas markets are internationally famous. Want to see for yourself? Then let us show you …

Christmas markets can be seen on the following Radius tours running most days between now and 23rd December. Just click and book.

Munich Christmas Market Tour

Departing daily at 2pm from the Radius office, our seasonal tour brings you to Munich’s main Christmas markets such as the Christmas Village and the Medieval Market in the company of an expert guide, and supplies you with traditional gingerbread cake to help you on the way. Details here.
